These terms apply to your use of yellowkeys.in, operated by Yellow Keys Pvt. Ltd. ("Yellowkeys", "we", "us"), Mumbai, India. By using the site you agree to them.

What the site is

The site describes our services: ERP implementation, pipeline automation and AI/ML. It is information, not an offer or a contract. We do not publish prices. Every project is scoped after a conversation and agreed in a written contract before work starts.

Projects and contracts

Our engagements are governed by the agreements we sign with each client, typically a master services agreement, an itemised scope of work, a non-disclosure agreement, a data processing agreement and a support SLA. If anything on this site differs from those documents, the signed documents apply.

Samples and demos

Names, figures and screens shown in demos, dashboards and examples on this site are samples to explain how our systems work. They are not real client data or results.

AI-prepared content

Our systems prepare drafts using AI, and a person approves entries before they are posted. The website assistant gives general answers from the content of this site. It can be wrong and is not professional, legal, tax or accounting advice.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, logo and code belong to Yellowkeys or its licensors. You may view and share the pages, but you may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to show compatibility. Yellowkeys is an independent implementer and is not affiliated with Odoo S.A.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
